The Macro Apo-Lanthar high-performance macro lens, which was specially designed for the high-resolution sensors of full-frame cameras with an E-connector, is considered one of the best lenses in Voigtland’s history.

The use of E-port cameras is very convenient due to the electronic integration. This will transmit distance and focal length data that will give the camera’s 5-axis stabilizer the information it needs and automatically turn on the viewfinder lens when it is adjusted. The EXIF data also facilitate the evaluation correction of images in image editing.
